Happy 1st day of Spring! Here’s a new YouTube video that I shot last weekend. I choreographed the exercises to some of my favorite jamz to get you pumped up and excited for Spring.
The workout lasts exactly 10 minutes. Expect to burn ~70-100 calories and really tighten your core, arms and legs. Hope you like it!

I am exhasted and I’ve only watched the first 2 minutes. OMG! Girl you are completely motivating – I have a few of your workouts including this one on my to do list once I deliver this baby at the end of May. I might need to send you an email for some more tips and help!!! Love your blog…
