Good for you! You should be extremely proud of yourself! I found this post at the perfect time. I’ve been losing weight myself and have recently hit a plateau and become very discouraged. I lost 15lbs the first month and was ecstatic. Feeling extra motivated after the first month success I worked harder than ever my 5th week in, only to see modest results, I lost 2lbs. I guess I’ve hit my plateau and can expect that loss from here on out, but it was very discouraging and felt like giving up. Your post will help keep me going! Thank you!

Keep you head up – it took me over a year of ups and downs to reach my goals weight. But now I’ve kept it off for over 2 years. There will be good and bad days, but do not get discouraged. You are strong and you got this! All the best! Luv, Brit

OMG! I love your blog and have recently accomplished loosing approximately 30 pounds doing a variety of classes at 24HR Fitness. I’m planning to loose another 20 pounds for a total of 50 pounds.
Your before weight is exactly where I am and my goal is a healthy 150! Your blog really inspires and motivates me even more! Keep it up! Maybe I’ll have an opportunity to try one of your classes in Dallas because I LOVE cardio but struggle with weight training…..
