So if you’re like me, you LOVE to workout but you also LOVE to eat. I have to admit, I’m a fat kid at heart. Luckily I’ve learned to love healthy food and control my portions (for the most part). However, there are times that I get a little side tracked and don’t monitor my calorie intake the way I should. All of sudden I begin to notice that my favorite skinny jeans are barely zipping up and that’s my reality check that I need to refocus. I put this 2 week plan together about a year ago – it’s an oldie but a goodie. It helps me when I need to regroup my wellness regimen and drop a few pounds. I love that every “rule” is a healthy action that actually does my body good! Try it for yourself and let me know how it goes! You can definitely expect to shed some weight, of course results will vary based on your body composition and your overall calorie intake. Good luck – lots of luv, Brit

Apples are the best. I cannot wait for Honey Crisp to be in season. I definitely consume at least one a day during that time. Add some PB and you have a great snack!
totally agree! I can tell such a difference in my body (digestion, fullness, etc.) when I eat apples every day. Can’t wait for Fall!
Ive got all of that down but the cardio. Well and green tea. But I will substitute my bf’ing for the green tea since that’s a calorie burner. Just need to get active and I will lose this dreaded ten lbs left.
you got it gurl – good luck – let me know how it goes!
Better than any “fad” diet. Thanks! Hope you don’t mind if I share 🙂
Love that you shared! Enjoy my friend 🙂

After reading the title of this article, I wasn’t going to give it a second glance because when I see “lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks” I immediately think of unhealthy “fad” diets. I’m glad the author included a visual because that’s what caught my eye and these are excellent tips to jump-start a workout routine or revive a program when you’ve been slacking. Thanks for the info!
Does this depend on how many calories you eat/day?
