Hey Friends!  I’m so excited to share some awesome news.  Next week my team from GRIT Fitness and I will partner with Techweek Dallas to lead an awesome “Start Up Yoga” party at Dallas’ famous concert venue, The Bomb Factory!

Join me in partnership with #TechweekDFW for a morning Flexin’ Flow (yoga workout) energized with live beats by DJ Lucius and healthy post-class sips and bites. I’m so pumped to lead lead the class along with my dream team of instuctors! Come ready to flow, dance and network with Dallas’ brightest entrepreners and tech enthusiasts.
