  • To help develop mental GRIT.  GRIT = perseverance and passion for long term goals.
  • Free.  Health is a human right.  The GRIT by Brit site is vehicle that connects us to effective workouts and nutrition advice.  We don’t have to be wealthy to be healthy!
  • Fierce.  All workouts posted and endorsed are INTENSE and EFFECTIVE.  We are stronger than we think we are! GRIT challenges us to push our bodies and our minds to be our best selves.
  • Fitness.  Physical activity and exercise are the heart of GRIT.  Learning to endure through physical challenges teaches us how to endure through greater life challenges.

    You look really hot, you should spray some of that around, i for one would be at the front of the queue. I have done grit, it is pretty tough, but not as tough as crossfit…..
