With a full time job and demanding travel schedule, Brit was eager to create an effective and efficient workout that could be done within her busy schedule. Inspired by 4 years as a NCAA Division 1 basketball player, athletic conditioning, dance and teaching group fitness classes, she developed an extreme 30 minute total body workout to meet her fitness needs.
