2020 GRIT BY BRIT SUMMER RETREAT

HEY HEY friends! Happy 2020. I hope you are energized and excited for the year ahead. I know we tend to start the year strong, crushing our goals, so I want to help you continue that success with a restorative, mid year check in – the GRIT Summer Fitness & Wellness Retreat! This is the 6th retreat I’ve hosted and I’m so pumped to spread love, life, self-worth and positive energy to a new group of women. This retreat will be very intimate, so I’m capping the registration to 16 attendees. All information is below — let me know if you have questions!

DATES: May 22-24, 2020
LOCATION: Retreat in the Pines
*ALL ARE WELCOME – You do not need to be a GRIT Fitness member to attend!

REGISTRATION STEPS:

2. Pay non-refundable $200 deposit via check or Venmo. Make checks payable to GRIT by Brit, LLC 1729 Irving Blvd Suite 101 Dallas, TX 75207.  Send Venmo payments to @brittani-rettig

RETREAT PRICE: 
$695 for current GRIT Fitness members
$795 for non-members

PAYMENT SCHEDULE:
February 15 – $200, Non-refundable Deposit
March 15 – $200, Progress Payment
April 15 – $295, Final Balance (*$395 for non members)

RETREAT PRICE INCLUDES:

  • 2 nights cabin accommodation at Retreat in the Pines (Shared room with 2-3 other women and shared bathrooms)
  • ​5 healthy meals made from scratch plus snacks and wine with dinner
  • Energetic fitness classes led by GRIT Fitness founder, Brit Rettig
  • Inspiring self reflection exercises and self care workshop
  • Guided Meditation

PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE

  • Transportation to the retreat center (we will carpool from GRIT Fitness Design District)
  • ​Incidentals (massage, extra activities and excursions, etc.)

FRIDAY
1:00pm – Carpool departure from GRIT Fitness Design District
3:00pm – Room check in / snacks provided
4:00pm – Speed Networking
5:30pm – Welcome Flow (Yoga)
6:30pm – Dinner & Welcome Reception

SATURDAY
8:30am – Morning Trail Hike
9:30am – Breakfast
10:30am – Guided Meditation & Self Care Workshop 
11:30am – Break / Free Time / Snacks
12:30pm – Body Sculpt Workout
1:30pm – Lunch
2:30pm – Wine Tasting 
6:00pm – Dinner
7:00pm – Retreat Reflections

SUNDAY
8:30am – Sunrise Buddy Boot Camp
9:30am – Breakfast
​10:00am – Checkout / Free Time
12:00pm – Lunch
1:00pm – Depart, return to GRIT Fitness Design District
