Keep it TIGHT TUESDAY

Here’s the workout I did this evening.  A good mix of cardio and resistance training.  Not too intense, but enough to “keep it tight.”

  2. Hi there! I think that’s more of a stereotype than the reality. Truth is, many people in general don’t workout. My hope is to inspire ALL PEOPLE to live a healither lifestyle :)
